The holidays can be full of heavy meals and drinks, so let’s lighten things up for our last dinner of 2025! We will be pairing lighter-faire seafood favorites with bubbles (and stills) from around the world for a meal that will stand out among the classic stateside meats & Cabernets that seem to take over the season.
