The high brow/low brow combination of exclusive bubbles and a simple staple has captivated palates and showcased the complexity of modern dining habits in the best way possible, and we are so excited to bring you our own spin on this pairing. We will be featuring bubbles (and some still wines) from across France alongside twists on your favorite Southern dishes in a night full of eating, drinking, mingling, music, and fun! Coe Wilson of Monsieur Touton Selections will be presenting our wines, and Austin Alfonso, head chef and owner of Fizzy Janes, Cafe Koa, Koko Cabana, Kai Joes, and other local favoritesĀ will be curating and preparing our menu.Ā
