DESCRIPTION:Domaine Drouhin vs. Maison Drouhin!\nThursday\, August 21st\, 2025⋅5:30-8:30 PM \n  \nIf you loved (or missed out on) our Patricia Green Marine vs. Sedimentary Soil dinner in March\, here’s your chance to try another version- Domaine Drouhin vs. Maison Drouhin! \nThis time around we will be pairing up complimentary wines from one of the most well-known global producers of Pinot Noir- Joseph Drouhin! Throughout this dinner\, we will be comparing wines from Maison Joseph Drouhin in France with sister wines from Domaine Drouhin in Oregon. \nWe will be joined by Natali Schlottig\, Regional Sales Manager for Dreyfus Ashby\, the importer who represents these cellars. We will open and welcome all our guests with bubbles\, and our first course to introduce the family and wineries will be a bright light white\, followed by a pairing of a chardonnay and chablis\, two separate courses of Pinot Noir pairings from France and Oregon\, and we will end with dessert and a beautiful French Santenay. \nThese wines will be meticulously paired with a five course French & West Coast fusion meal from our friend Chef Gabe of Gabe’s Gourmet.
