DESCRIPTION:Join us as we host David Rossi of both Fulcrum Wines & Cloisonne Wines for a very different type of wine dinner- one paired not just with food\, but comedy as well!\nJune 16 Monday 3:30 – 6:30pm\n \n  \nFor those who appreciate poise and complexity\, David Rossi has emerged as one of California’s most exciting winemakers\, and one of its best-kept secrets. Vintage after vintage\, Fulcrum & Cloisonne’s wines are among the finest from their appellations. The reason for this is simple; David creates each wine with a profound sense of purpose and place. Just as important\, he takes personal responsibility for every viticultural and winemaking decision. This process begins by selecting sustainable or organic vineyards he is inspired to work\, and at times\, pruning them himself. From there\, David personally ushers each wine from grape sorting to bottling\, working to perfect each vintage of his creation. \nAdding to the complexity of David’s creations is the complexity of David’s own background. He is not only a completely self-taught winemaker who started out in making wine in his basement in the early 90’s\, he is also an established marketing executive who has worked with some of the top names in the food industry in the world (Tyson\, Heinz\, etc!)\, boasts a robust education in chemistry\, finance\, & business\, as well as an amateur stand up comic since college. Wow! \nThroughout our time together\, David will share not only his wine\, but his incredible story told with his own comedic twist that will leave us in stitches! \nDavid’s wines will be paired meticulously with a West Coast inspired meal from our friend Chef Gabe of Gabe’s Gourmet.
