DESCRIPTION:Bloom into Spring Picnic with Wolffer Estate! \nJoin us as we celebrate the most scenic season in Southport with bright\, beautiful wines from Wölffer Estate Vineyards! We will be hosting Meghan Haley Ibrahim\, East Coast Specialist from Wölffer\, to share the incredible story of these wines\, which have a global footprint that spans from France to Argentina to here in the United States. These wines will be meticulously paired with a perfectly modern Southern BBQ-inspired picnic from Chef Austin Alfonso of local favorites including Fizzy Janes\, Cafe Koa\, and Coco Cabana! \nMenu and Pairing \nWe’ll kick off our picnic with bubbles\, but not the ones you think- Wölffer No. 139 Ciders! \nSummer in a Bottle Sauvignon Blanc and Finca Wölffer Rose will be paired with thin-sliced savory BBQ short ribs and honey chicken & pineapple shrimp skewers. \nFinca Wölffer Malbec and Cabernet Franc will be paired with sweet & smokey applewood smoked pork shoulder\, macaroni salad\, house-made pickles\, and rolls. \nAnd of course\, we’ll end with something sweet- peach cobbler and Summer in a Bottle Cotes de Provence Rose! \nDate: Thursday\, April 17th \nTime: 4:00-7:00 PM \nLocation: Uncorked by the Sea \nTicket Price:  $90 per person\, all inclusive. \nAll wines ordered during the event will be 10% off! \n\nCall the shop to save a spot – 910-454-0633
