In 2021\, 36 individual Pinot Noirs were bottled due to the diversified array of the 14 total top-quality vineyards held by the winery.\nDuring this dinner pairing experience\, we will compare wines from vineyards that encompass the winery’s two main terroir features: Volcanic Ash soil and Marine Sediment soil. \nThroughout this 5 course dinner pairing\, we will be introduced to the winery to open\, will compare 6 different Pinot Noirs through 3 courses\, and of course\, close with something sweet \nPricing is $125 per person\, all inclusive.
