DESCRIPTION:Introducing our next trip opportunity from Uncorked by the Sea: Santa Barbara & Paso Robles!\nMay 10th – 15th\, 2026 \nWe have curated an amazing experience with 10 rooms reserved in two of the world’s top wine growing regions\, with 10 or more tastings at carefully selected wineries over 5 days\, including lunch daily and a stay at two hand-picked hotels. \nSanta Barbara\, May 10th-13th\nThe trip begins with three days at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern\, a historic and luxurious boutique inn in California’s Los Olivos just north of Santa Barbara. This Auberge 5 star property offers 19th-century charm with modern amenities for a memorable getaway. Two hours from Los Angeles and access to nearby 150 vineyards\, tasting rooms\, boutiques\, and restaurants. \n \nPaso Robles\, May 13th-15th\nTransportation provided from Santa Barbara to The AVA Hotel located in downtown Paso Robles\, opening August 2025. The hotel sports a Rooftop bar\, outdoor pool\, and is walking distance to the downtown area. Fun fact – Paso Wine Festival starts on May 16th if you want to extend your stay. \n \nWhat’s included: Cost: $8\,500 per room for two occupants includes hotel\, transportation during the trip (excluding trip to and from hotel for initial check in and check out on day five)\, all wine tasting fees and lunch daily.
