DESCRIPTION:This event will include a 5 course dinner with pinot pairing for each course. \nPatricia Green Cellars produces more individual bottles of Pinot Noir than any winery in America. In 2021\, 36 individual Pinot Noirs were bottled due to the diversified array of the 14 total top-quality vineyards held by the winery.\nDuring this dinner pairing experience\, we will compare wines from vineyards that encompass the winery’s two main terroir features: Volcanic Ash soil and Marine Sediment soil. \nThroughout this 5 course dinner pairing\, we will be introduced to the winery to open\, will compare 6 different Pinot Noirs through 3 courses\, and of course\, close with something sweet \nPricing is $125 per person\, all inclusive.
